Todorov’s structure 1. Equilibrium – First part of the story that will display a happy start and everything is as it should be. 2. A Disruption – This part will feature a problem or something will disrupt the happiness of the Equilibrium 3. Realisation – This is where when everyone realises the problem, causing chaos. 4. Restored order – The characters attempt to fix the damage and resolve the problem 5. Equilibrium again – The final part of the plot where the problem is solved and everything is back to normal. 2 states Step 1: Equilibrium The movie begins with a student (Krish Malhotra) who is looking to pursue his MBA, who comes from a troubled, rich family with a Punjabi heritage. He meets his classmate Ananya Swaminathan, who comes from a Tamil Brahmin family.
